I just wanted to let both Matt & Ray know how much I appreciated their service. From the time I called for an appointment, to the time I left your shop, I was treated with respect and kindness. It can be intimidating for a woman to deal with car mechanics and the truth of the matter many car mechanics do not treat women well. Ray explained in everyday language what diagnostics he ran on my air conditioning unit, and gave me information on what I should look for should I not have cool air again. He also explained to me the possible what-ifs and the possible repair if needed. He also was kind enough to replace my rear driver’s side bulb with no charge!
