First step to our process? Walking through your vehicle's needs. * This process is critical to a great experience. Our service advisors will ask questions, much like a doctors office, to acquire as much information as possible for our ASE certified technicians. Why is this important? The smallest detail might lead a technician in a direction that helps determine the issue with your vehicle. Our goal is to be as timely and cost effective for you as possible. When the technician has all the information, it greatly assists in achieving this goal. |

After the service advisor has all the information on the issue(s) with your vehicle they will provide you a budget for the initial work and inspection(s). You may have an oil change and tire rotation performed, diagnostics, brake inspection or any other service. Before you leave you will know exactly what your current charges are so there are no surprises. If we picked up your vehicle from your home or business the budget is approved when making your appointment. Either way, before we start inspecting your vehicle, you know what you are spending. Once your vehicle is in our hands you will have complete peace of mind knowing that Carz R Us will take the best care of your vehicle. Our first step to every vehicle inspection is a road test. Without a road test issues like a noisy wheel bearing or transmission that does not shift properly would not be discovered. The road test assists in our “no surprises” philosophy. |

The next step is our digital vehicle health inspection.
This inspection is what truly separates us from all other shops that you have ever brought your vehicle to. Our technicians take pictures and/or videos of any concerns on the vehicle. Then, our service advisors explain these issues including pricing right in the inspection. This inspection and estimate are then texted and/or emailed to you. Our inspection provides trust and transparency for these recommendations. When you read our Google reviews you will see the inspections mentioned quite often. That is because it makes prioritizing your repair and maintenance budget much easier. |

After receiving the text/emailed inspection one of our service advisors walks you through the information provided. If you are new to us, this can be a lot of information. Do not stress as we will take as much time as you need to explain everything in detail and answer any questions. Understanding the health concerns of your vehicle is critical for you to prioritize your budget. Once you understand everything you are able to approve or deny any recommendations right on your phone.
Before the final approval, a total of all selected items will show so you can make sure this amount fits your budget. If you have repairs or maintenance you would like to perform, but do not want to use your current budget we have great financing options available.

Once repairs and maintenance are approved, our service advisor will discuss a timeline for the repairs and offer a complimentary loaner car or shuttle service as needed. If there are any delays you will be texted or called (your choice) with updates, but most of the time we complete your vehicle ahead of schedule. Any loaner car is complimentary during the completion of approved repairs. |

Upon completion of your vehicle we will call or text you. You can come into the shop knowing you will pay only what you authorized. We can also send you a text message with a secure link to pay right on your phone. Our key boxes allow you to pick up your vehicle after hours knowing your keys are securely waiting for you. If time is an issue, consider utilizing our convenient vehicle pick up service. With this service we will return your vehicle to your home or office by the agreed upon time. |
