MattOwner / Shop TherapistMatt Aukes has more than 17 years’ experience in business management and ownership and is committed to continued education and training. As a member of the Automotive Training Institute (ATI), he provides staff with the industry’s best resources and training procedures. A former high school band director, Matt is passionate about music and enjoys attending and supporting live music. Matt also enjoys working out and home projects. This educational background brings a fresh approach to how Carz R Us services their clients. Matt also loves playing sports and working with his two sons, Myles and Mitchell, on music and sports they play.

EricRing LeaderEric comes to Carz R Us with 30 years of automotive experience. He brings over 20 years’ experience as a Service Manager for Toyota, Honda, Hyundai & Kia as well as 10 years with independent shops. In his free time, he and his wife, who is also an automotive service advisor, enjoy weekend drives in their matching C6 Corvettes. Eric enjoys working at Carz R Us because he can really get to know his customer’s and help them navigate the not so fun, but necessary world of automotive repairs.

KristinaOffice QueenKristina comes to Carz R’ Us with more than 16 years of office management and accounting experience. She enjoys volunteering her time at FWC and spending time with her four children. Her drive to help the company succeed is a welcome addition to the team. Kristina enjoys working at Carz R’ Us because she works with an amazing team.

BradFairway Maintenance GuyBrad grew up working on vehicles and tractors with his Grandpa. He took a few auto body classes after high school and then worked at a lube shop for 12 years. He got married last year to his girlfriend of 11 years. He enjoys golfing and cheering on the Chicago Bears in his free time.

In his spare time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, going fishing and spending time with his children. CJ enjoys working at Carz R’ Us because of the laid-back environment and the opportunity to expand his automotive knowledge.

In Teresa’s spare time she loves going on long car rides with Eric in their Corvettes. Teresa enjoys working at Carz R Us because she loves cars and helping people.
