Loves Park No Heat in Vehicle
Carz R Us is a family owned and operated car, truck, and fleet repair shop that has served drivers in Machesney Park and the greater Rockford area since 2009. Owner Matt Aukes built this business on hometown customer service, and that same approach guides our team today. We handle everything from brakes and tires to engine care, electrical work, and heating and cooling repairs. As the weather cools, one of the most common calls we get is about no heat in vehicle cabins. If you have noticed there is no heat in vehicle vents during a chilly morning drive, our ASE certified technicians know exactly where to look.
Loves Park is a city of about 23,000 residents that sits along the east bank of the Rock River, just north of Rockford. The city takes its name from Malcolm Love, a Rockford industrialist who bought 236 acres of riverfront land in 1901 and turned it into a popular gathering spot. After more than two decades of debate over joining Rockford or standing on its own, residents voted to incorporate in 1947, when the town had roughly 4,500 people. Today, the Rock River remains one of the area’s most popular landmarks for boating and fishing. Loves Park is also home to well-known employers like Woodward and Danfoss.
We proudly service Loves Park and beyond, and we know how fast northern Illinois temperatures drop once fall arrives. Many drivers in Loves Park find a problem the first time they turn the dial to warm. Having no heat in your vehicle can point to a bad thermostat, a clogged heater core, a failing water pump, or a worn blower motor and resistor. These issues matter more than comfort, since the same system helps keep your engine from overheating. Our first step on every vehicle is a road test, which uncovers problems that only appear while driving. For no heat in vehicle problems, we are proud to be one of the most trusted shops in the region, and we get you back on the road safely at a price that makes sense.
